Thank you so much for the kind comments and messages, checking in on me after my hysterectomy. 

I am 4 weeks post op now and healing well. I have to be careful not to do too much (I overdid it yesterday) but I am #mentalhealthawarenessweek 

How are you doing today? #mentalhealthawarenessweek 

What do you do to look after your mental health?

For me its:
❤️Meditation
❤️Walks in nature
❤️Time with family and friends
❤️Nourishing food
❤️Sleep
❤️Trying not to rush around!

And more recently... Cold water! These phrases build connection, not criticism. ❤️

I think it's really helpful for children to understand that we are all human, we all make mistakes and that's ok.

It can really boost our children's wellbeing and resilience if they know that we are I recently had a 121 session with a 6 year old. The session was based on The Colour Monster book (@thecolourmonster_official) Have you read it? It's so lovely.❤️

It's all about how our feelings get mixed up inside and we sometimes can't work out how So 2 very exciting things are happening for me in my @chatterminds world this week! 

On Thursday Oli and I are heading to London because I have been invited by @hampdengurneyce (Rated no. 1 state school in the country), to give a Chatterminds presen
