Individual Sessions
Children: 30–45 minutes (age and attention considered)
Parents: 60 minutes
Individual sessions are a focused option when you want help with a specific situation, or you’d like to try working together. Practical tools and gentle, clear guidance.
Parent Groups
Parenting can be incredibly lonely — especially when your child is struggling.
Groups reduce isolation and help parents feel held and understood. Parents often tell me that simply being in a small group with others who ‘get it’ is a turning point.
Schools
I also offer mindfulness and emotional wellbeing support for schools and organisations, including pupils and parent workshops.
